Marge is a retired Math teacher. She taught 41 years, 29 years at South Mecklenburg High School.

Marge has the world's largest collection of stuffed bears. Seriously, she has a lot of stuffed bears.

Years ago Marge met Jerry Henderson and now she has, as she puts it on her license plate, "a real bear".

Marge enjoys watercolor painting and being a ham radio operator. In 2006 Marge was chosen as "Ham of the Year" for her Ham Radio Club.

Marge is fondly called by Wedgewood's pastor "General Marge 'Math' Fowler. Chris calls her that because Marge handles office details for the church. If you want to know something about the church, ask Marge. She knows more than the Pastor.

In addition to handling mail, making phone calls for the church, and a million other "little" tasks, Marge keeps the financial records for Wedgewood. Marge is one of many Wedgewoodians who do so much behind the scenes.
