Association of Welcoming and Affirming Baptists

At Wedgewood all are welcome regardless of one's sexual orientation. We belong to the Association of Welcoming and Affirming Baptists.

Baptist Peace Fellowship of North America

Wedgewood houses The Baptist Peace Fellowship of North America. Jesus said, "Blessed are the peacemakers." We Wedgewoodians figure we are supposed to be peacemakers and we are called to help other peacemakers.

(Isn't it strange that some Christians get so upset when other Christians talk about peace and non-violence?)

dr. greg carey

Dr. Greg Carey is a former Wedgewoodian. We're still mad at him for leaving us for Lancaster Theological Seminary. Dr. Carey teaches New Testament and is an expert on the book of Revelation, among other things.
